Where are you located?
-We are currently working out of our homes in Quincy, IL and Rockford, IL! One day we hope to be closer to each other :)
What are your hours?
-Our current hours are Monday through Friday, 5pm to 8pm processing orders, responding to emails, and working on new items! We both do have full time jobs which allows us to focus on our passion of crafting until we can do this full time.
What is the estimated time for shipping?
-Packages will be sent via standard shipping, and usually will arrive within 3 to 10 business days after they have been shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We will not be able to refund or replace items because they are sent to the wrong address. Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times may be delayed due to carrier restraints so place your orders early!
If I place an order on the weekend, when would it ship?
-Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the order during our regular business hours. We strive to get them packaged and mailed within 3 days of receiving the order.
How much is shipping for my order?
-Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the total package, including the packaging materials. This is set to the USPS shipping standards. We work diligently on shipping items in a way that limits cost to our customer, while still protecting the products. We are continuously looking for ways to reduce shipping costs for you, and we promise we do not make a profit off any shipping fees!
I selected local pick up, when will my order be ready?
-Once the order is placed, we will reach out via email to set up a pick up time and date. Most items will be available for pick up the same week the item is ordered. A few of our items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks before they are ready. Scheduling conflicts may occur as stated earlier, we do both work full time jobs, however, we are always trying our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
What if I would like to place a custom order?
-Custom orders can be fulfilled with some limitations. Basic color changes, name additions, ribbon adjustments can usually be made with an additional charge.
